Springtime Jade Mushroom

Ingredients:

  • 150g cauliflower

  • 5 tofu puffs

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon mushroom powder
  • 1 tablespoon sweet potato starch

Instructions:

  1. Soak the shiitake mushrooms until soft. Peel and slice the carrot. Add the ginger slices to 500ml of water, then simmer the shiitake mushrooms and carrot in the boiling water until cooked.
  2. Cut the tofu puffs in half and arrange them in the center of a plate.
  3. After washing and cutting the cauliflower into segments, blanch them in boiling water until cooked. Remove and arrange them around the edge of the plate.
  4. Pour the cooked carrot and shiitake mushrooms over the tofu puffs to add color and layers.
  5. Mix the appropriate amount of light soy sauce, salt, mushroom powder, and sweet potato starch to make the seasoning sauce.
  6. Evenly pour the seasoning sauce over the entire dish to enhance the taste and flavor.
  7. Finally, garnish with cilantro to make the entire Vegetarian Spring Green Mushroom dish look fresh and beautiful.

Tips:
